【岗位职责】

·         负责机械领域的安全、健康和环境优化，以满足工厂的要求。

Optimize safety, health, and environmental (EHS) aspects in the mechanical field to meet plant requirements.

·         组织建立并实施特种设备管理制度，确保满足相关法律法规及EHS要求。

Organize, establish, and implement a management system for special equipment to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and EHS requirements.

·         负责机械维修相关的项目管理，监督机械相关的施工项目，确保及时、安全的完成任务。

Responsible for project management related to mechanical maintenance; supervise mechanical construction projects to ensure tasks are completed on time and safely.

·         负责机械维修计划的编制及实施，确保其顺利完成。

Develop and implement mechanical maintenance plans to ensure their successful completion.

·         负责预防性维修计划的编制及执行以减少停机时间并达到目标。

Prepare and execute preventive maintenance plans to reduce downtime and achieve targets.

·         负责管理和监督设备设施的档案及维护记录。

Manage and oversee the archives and maintenance records of equipment and facilities.

·         监督设备设施操作、维护、保养、管理的各项制度与操作规程的执行情况。

Monitor the implementation of various systems and procedures for the operation, maintenance, servicing, and management of equipment and facilities.

·         监督、检查区域设备与工程的质量、运行状况，确保设备设施正常运转及管理、维修工作，负责解决日常维修工作中的技术问题。

Supervise and inspect the quality and operational status of regional equipment and engineering to ensure proper functioning of equipment and facilities, while managing and maintaining them; resolve technical issues in daily maintenance work.

·         提出维修项目或设备维修改造计划，编制技术说明并监督实施，确保项目或计划按规定完成。

Propose maintenance projects or equipment renovation plans, prepare technical specifications, and supervise their implementation to ensure projects or plans are completed as scheduled.

【任职要求】

·         本科及以上学历，机械工程、化工过程机械或相关专业。

Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Process Machinery, or a related field.

·         3年以上机械维修工作经验，2年以上团队管理经验，具有2年以上化工企业维修及工程相关工作经验者优先。

Over 3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, with at least 2 years of team management experience; candidates with more than 2 years of maintenance and engineering experience in chemical enterprises are preferred.

·         熟悉化工设备管理，具备良好的项目管理能力。

Familiar with chemical equipment management and possess strong project management skills.

·         学习能力强，具备良好的分析和解决问题的能力。

Strong learning ability with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Skilled in using computer software (Word, Excel, AutoCAD) and able to read and interpret P&ID diagrams.

【岗位职责】

• 跟踪、确认客户产品需求，根据公司政策及策略与客户协商价格，确保销售目标的完成

• 跟踪订单、发货进度，确保按时交货及所有应收货款及时到账

• 探索、搜集潜在市场与客户信息，分析开发的可能性与可行性

• 增加市场份额，开发顶级客户市场，与技术人员及工厂配合为新客户提供解决方案

• 定期拜访客户，与客户保持联络，收集客户反馈，进一步改善，确保客户满意度

• 根据业务需要准备销售预算及预测，准备各类报表对业务进行分析

【任职要求】

·      正规国家院校本科及以上学历

·         至少7年以上炭黑相关行业销售工作经验 

·         丰富的销售经验，尤其订单谈判和市场信息搜集

·         对于市场趋势走向有灵敏的洞察力，能够对市场状况进行分析和预测、判断

·         英语可作为工作语言

·        熟练使用办公软件

【岗位职责】

• 协助经理制定机械设备预防性维修计划、停车检修计划、日常检修计划，定期跟踪和更新检修计划进度

• 建立设备管理台账与维修操作规程

• 收集设备改造建议，审核改造可行性并引领实施设备改造工作

• 制定项目方案，界定技术范围和要求及预算，跟踪实施进度确保按计划完成，监控费用支出确保在预算范围内

• 及时提交采购申请，确保设备、零部件的按时到货，定期跟踪检查零部件库存

• 组织实施机械设备故障原因分析

• 按照相关要求，对特种设备进行登记，定期检验等，确保设备具备使用条件

• 对相关员工进行特种设备使用培训，确保员工熟知操作规定
